Comfortable & Friendly
On arrival reception had no knowledge of our reservation! The room was fine. Restuarant below par; expensive & indifferent service. Only one internet computer. Staff generally helpful & courteous.

Poor Management!! Stay Away!!!
Front Desk is frequently Untended. Too Close to Highway (noisy). I stayed May 9-11 and decided to leave and they wouldn't let me out of my reservation without paying for the unused nights. the desk clerk was abrasive and three levels of management refused to forgive the unused nights (with attitude!). Obviously they don't care if I or any member of my group ever come back. They're out to make a quick buck!!
