Convenient But Unorganized

The hotel was very convenient to the skiing but it was very unorganized. You could never get anyone at the front desk. They would keep the front doors locked after certain times in the evenings, and English seemed to be a barrier. They were from Germany I believe. As far as cost and convenience, it was ok, but service and availability, I was very dissatisfied.
