| Very Clean, Well Managed Property |

My children, 7, 9, and 16 and I had a great time. The property is very well maintained. Pool and hot tub is in great shape. The suite we had was in great condition and looks to be recently painted/remodled. I noticed that they were in the process of remodeling other units. I have stayed in a few of the YMCA cabins, and the Timber Creek units are in a much better state of repair and cleanliness.
The only negative is the property is across the road from Fall River. I would have preferred one of the many properties on the other side of the road, which have the river running right through the property.
Timber Creek doesn't have a lot of real estate. There is not much space that is not allocated to cabins/pool. I don't know if this is typical for the Estes Park area.
Management was very courteous and friendly.
It is hard to compare prices in Estes Park, so I don't know if you pay a premium for one of the properties that is right on the river, but next time, I will be a... Read more |
