We just returned from a local trip to Denver for the Labor Day weekend where we stayed for 3 days and two nights at Four Points by Sheraton Denver Southeast. We chose this hotel because of the ratings and it had heated indoors and out door pools and a Hot tub. Also, we wanted a suite with two rollaway beds for our two teenage kids. We were very disappointed. The suite was too small for two rollaway beds so the kids had to take turns sleeping in one rollaway bed and a couch. The indoor pool wasnt heated it was Ice cold. The hot tub was a little warmer than ice cold but was full of kids with dirty diapers and it was never cleaned out or heated the 3 days we were there. The outdoor pool was the only pool that was heated but was closed to guest for a private birthday party the first day. After the party, the pool was so low; they had to add so much water that it never was warm again before we left. The one nice thing I can say is the front desk staff and Concierge Service was courteous. I could not speak the same language as the rest of the staff, so I do not know if they were being courteous.
