Top Local Tips for Watsonville

Stay in tHe hotel at night! Community around hotel was upgraded and modern but if you go too far into town, you will see some undesirable people and LOTS OF POLICE CARSand patty wagons.

Inexpensive Hotel near Monterey and Santa Cruz If you want a clean, quiet, and inexpensive hotel 1/2 way between Monterey and Santa Cruz, this is the place to stay.

Just a place to stay I was a bit worried about Watsonville since I found out from our friends in Corralitos that this was not a very good place to be. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express which was a good area and close to Freeway 1 other than that I did'nt care much for Watsonville... not our cup of tea.
