Unfortunately I cannot say the same for this trip

We stayed at the hotel the previous year and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for this trip. Our room was not what we had reserved and we had to move the second day to get the correct room. We were told our baggage would be moved for us but it did not happen. We were told to go get our luggage and move it to the new room the second evening. Our second room was for handicapped and the other couple asked for a room with a bath tub but was not allowed to move.
