fun things to do.... Go to the boardwalk, the minature golf is so much fun as well...there is bowling, laser tag too. Dont miss the warf, and try the crab sandwich at Riva's fish house on the warf...so yummy. Check out downtown SC, the people watching is hard to beat down there.

No great meals close to the beach Drive to the main street and downtown for quality dining. Beachfront food is all fried and lacks variety.

Beware the Cabbie with the little dog!!!!! If you summon or have a cab called for you, unless you are absolutely an over the top dog lover, or really don't care if a small dog is jumping on you throughout your ride, do yourself a favor and request that they NOT send you the Cabby that has, I think a Shitsu (sp) dog attached to his side. This really threw both my daughter & I for a loop! It was rather alarming to know that his attention was focused more on the dog and doing vocal imitations of crickets with his hands in his mouth, than on driving the cab! Ewwww!
