Worst Hotel Stay of my Life!

The water main broke and we had NO hot water and NO use of toilet for the whole stay(1 night). I asked for a refund several times but never got it. Manager and front desk people were polite...but I still resent the whole business a lot and steer clear of Ramada Inns.
