Nice but not Luxury

We had a mini-Suite and it was really just two rooms put together... We had 2 tiny bathrooms with shower, no tub, and uncontrollable hot water... my wife got badly burned. We wrote a letter asking them to fix things, and not nasty... we never got any reply. We won't be back.
