We were extremely disappointed!
I am a SFC in the United States Army and decided to take my wife to the El Encanto Hotel on June 27, 2004 for our 12 year anniversary after viewing the hotel from your website. We were extremely disappointed with our stay! Our room was nothing at all like what I saw posted on your website! You all should be ashamed at the prices you charged for a room that looks nothing more than a room made out of a garage! I also did not appreciate the four roaches and the stinch of stale air from your historic wooden floors which are also not shown on your website. I would never recommend this to anyone, nor would I ever plan on staying there again. And believe me, I will protect friends and family from experiencing what we did on our anniversary.
