Probably the primary reason for choosing your hotel was because you accepted pets. We had made reservations with another hotel and then came to find that no pets were allowed.

The condition of our room was marginal. Cleanliness and housekeeping were fair at best, and the carpeting and furniture showed a lot of wear.

The complimentary breakfast was very good, and the complimentary drinks in the afternoon were a nice touch.

I wish there had been more offered at the hotel in terms of beverages and snack purchases. The shop had a very limited inventory.

Staff was courteous throughout our stay.

Overall, we found the hotel to be okay, although slightly aged and in need of remodeling.

Where to eat? We found more restaurants at The District vs. South Coast Plaza.
