Top Local Tips for San Francisco

Angel Island Our little trip down to Angel Islands was quiet lame. There is really nothing much to do there, just a boring "tour" on a beat-up tram. The "tour" basically include a bunch of weather-worn building, trees, shrubs... just boring stuff. (unless u love looking at historic, not maintained buildings)

Nearby Cheap Eats Off the 101 South, on Millbrae Ave., there are my few favorite places to eat or hang out. There is an IN-N-Out to eat where you can't go wrong. There's an L&L BBQ where the BBQ beef ribs are really good. Then there is the Panera which has everything from sandwiches, thin crust pizzas, soup, salads, bagels, baked goods and coffee. Oh, and there's a gas station and parking across from the Millbrae BART. Good for a simple trip.

Di Napoli's Italian Rstaurant on Grand Avenue If you want a truly great pizza with a cozy atmosphere, go to Di Napoli's. It's on the cosrner about a block north of Airport Blvd. My husband and I went there for lunch and had the Pepperoni, Mushroom and Olive pizza. The crust is thin and perfect, the sauce just right and the chesse is to die for. It reminded me off the old Romano's in Rock-a-Way Beach (now Pacifica). I can't wait for a return visit to see what the rest of their menu is like. The place was packed at 1 in the afternoon and we had to walk around for awhile to get a seat. Trust me, it was worth the wait.
