I had booked two rooms. Unfortuntely when they arrived from the UK they only had confirmation for 1 room, even though we provided confirmation numbers for two rooms. The long and short of the story is that they ended up getting a cheaper rate for the second room. Which is obviously very good because they had a room available. If they did not have a room available then I would not be allowed to book the same hotel again. As it was it there was a happy ending !!!!

My room at the St. Francis had dirty sheets, a bathroom door that would not close, and a previous tenant’s food in the refrigerator. When I called to have the food removed I returned to the room and the staff had taken the food out of the refrigerator and left in on the counter instead. I would not suggest this hotel.
