Yes that's what the manager said. I booked a room with 2 beds for 2 nights through an agent. Everything was paid but they didn't have a room with 2 beds for me when I showed up. They did give me a room with one king-sized bed and one living room with a sofa bed. A living room is fine but they wouldn't give me a mattress. A sofa bed? After a long day of driving, they wanted me to sleep on a sofa bed. The next day I talked to the manager for some restitution and he was arrogant and resentful. I saw the BBB plague on the wall and I said I told him I might need to file a complain to BBB and then he said he is the BBB. Woah. Same thing for that night: didn't have a room with two beds for me. After a lengthy talk with the front desk person, she gave me a smoking room with a single bed. The truth is the rooms are ok (considering we only stayed at the hotel for no more than 10 hours over 2 nights) but a manager like that shouldn't be working in the tourist industry. Good luck if you want to try them.

I thought the rooms we had were fine, nothing particularly "special" but certainly adequate. But I remember we had such a hard time finding the roomÂ… The way the rooms are numbered is very confusing and proved to be very frustrating.

I thought the place looked pretty nice. Clean room and nice people. They only had about 7 channels for the TV and TV movie rental and internet were not working at the time. But over all it was an ok stay. And a good price!

The only things to recommend this hotel is its proximity to SFO and the ability to park your car here for a fee to avoid the parking charges at the SFO parking lots. Rooms are not very clean, the walls are so thin that casual conversation in adjoining rooms are clearly heard. Will never stay here again.
