A bit disappointing

I made my Quality Inn reservation online and payed in advance by credit card. I specifically requested a room with a King size bed, but upon my arrival I was told that I had to settle for a Queen size bed instead.
Also, the heater in the room was broken.

We recieved a warm welome on arrival and our room met our expecations with comfortable beds, nice decor and furnishings, although our friends who travelled with us found their room in a very poor state of repair. The hotel is currently under going a refurbishment, which we hadn't been informed about, meaning that the restaraunt and bar were closed. This was a dissapointment as these were two of the reasons we chose it over others in the area. On the plus side, it is ideally located for seeing all aspects of San Diego and after the refurbishment is complete, if the staff keep up their excellent work, I'd highly reccomemd it as a place to stay.
