I was very impressed with the quality of the room I stayed in. Everything seemed brand new and the staff was extra courteous. The breakfast bar was more than adequate as well. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

There were two negative issues with my stay: (1) the reservation that I made through the web site went okay but when I went to check in, the hotel did not have my reservation and my credit card was charged twice (once from you and once from Lion's Gate)--that took a very long time to resolve. (2) the hotel room was adequate but the bathroom was too small (not enough counter space for one thing) and there was no high speed internet access. The dial-up access was so painfully slow that I left the hotel after one night. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Lack of Internet or Wireless access is problematic for business travellers. Rooms are clean, but reminded me of a barracks. Still, is a nice place to stay and is on my list of places where I wouldn't hesitate to stay.

Light Rail service into Downtown Sacramento The Light Rail station is only about 2 miles from the hotel and takes you right into downtown Sacramento. Plenty of parking.
