I had a reservation and showed up in the middle of the night.The girl at the front desk was having computer problems and could not get my room. After patiently waiting for 30 minutes and still not able to get my room, I decided to leave and asked to cancel my reservation. The girl working the counter said I would not be charged because I showed up. A week later Im going through my bank statement and I was charged. Im having a hard time getting a refund beacuse I did not cancel 24 hrs n advance. If I would haveknown that the system was going to be down 24 hrs before I showed up, I would have made my reservation some place else.

I was very very disappointed because I had a family emergency come up and I called to say I couldn't make it to the Hotel and they still charged my credit card! How rude especially when an emergency came up and it was out of my control!!
