We stayed at the Palm Springs Marquis Resort Nov. 17 - 24, 2008. Faustina was very helpful & efficient in resolving a bad situation regarding room assignment. I talked to Nick the Manager about this and he was helpful. We greatly enjoy staying at the Marquis because of its location, the wonderful view of the mountains, the well kept pool and recreation area, and the size of the condos. As Gold Elite Club Members we expect good service and friendly people at the registration desk and Faustina does a superb job. We greatly appreciate her attention to our situation and assistance from Nick Gronkowski. Cindy does not understand client relationships or courtesy.
