The Sea Breeze Inn and Cottages have a kind of 50's look to them and could do some sprucing up. However, for the location and the price I have absolutely no complaints.

Top Local Tips for Pacific Grove

Asilomar Beach over Lover's Point Pacific Grove is known for its beautiful sunsets, with Lover's Point in the middle of town having the best reputation. While certainly nice, head over to Asilomar Beach for a truly spectacular experience.

Mission Ranch near Carmel Mission. Take Dolores Ave if coming from Carmel The Mission Ranch is owned by the actor Clint Eastwood. Even if you dont't stay there you should go for dinner. No longer opened for lunch. A truly enjoyable dining experience & even has a dance floor. Several years ago when dining their " the big guy showed up" this is how the waiter referred to Clint Eastwood. the owner. The food & dining experience iare upscale in a lovely country setting.

Lighthouse Lodge There are plenty of other hotels in Monterey/Pacific Grove. The Lighthouse Lodge is just down the street from the Sea Breeze in and ten times more value.
