My husband and I came to be a part of my granddaughter's wedding at Lover's Point, and we chose this motel for it's convenient proximity to the wedding. Our room was on the third floor, and we had a nice view of the bay, along with a mini fridge and microwave. The management was very helpful, a nice young lady that even found us a last minute seamstress! The rooms themselves are not very large, but the location and atmosphere more than made up for that! We will definitely make reservations again in the future.

Top Local Tips for Pacific Grove

Don't drive unless you need to It's about a $10 trip via cab to Cannery Row/Fisherman's Wharf. All Day parking costs a little more than that and the extra you spend for a cab is well worth not having to drive. Once you are in Monterey there is a free transit system that will take you through downton Monterey, Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf.

Fun things to do around the area The outlets are close to this hotel and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. They also have some good places to get a drink around this area. Bubba Gump restaurant is so good!

Dos Amigos Southwest Cafe There is a nice little Mexican Restaurant that is almost hidden at 1184 Forest Ave in Pacific Grove. The staff was very nice, the food was excellent, and restaurant was small with plenty of charm. Prices are very reasonable considering how expensive it is to eat in Pacific Grove.
