Car alarm for adjacent room went off 14 times. Night manager didn't respond until police were called. Then he refused to give a refund.

Shabby, Not Chic

This was probably the worst place we have ever stayed, and we have traveled the world. While drying off after a shower my towel literally ripped in half! That's how old and thin the towels were. Our heater didn't work because the knob was missing, so instead of replacing the knob, the manager gave us a pair of pliers to use! The room was very small and old and stinky. Their picture on the website was of the "Lighthouse Suites" across the street from our room. The part we were in was awful and we will never stay there again. I'm not sure we will use this web site again. But thanks for asking for the review.

Bait and Switch

I made online reservations for the weekend of my husband’s birthday. When we showed up they told us the hotel had been overbooked and gave us a two dollar bottle of wine and sent us to their "sister lodge" next door. The sister lodge was a dump with stained carpets, a saggy couch, a bathroom that had not been properly cleaned, and a big group of young people who stayed up partying all night. I won't do business with this place ever again.
