I have stayed at the Spindrift several times over many years, and it is always a pleasure.The room is lovely enough to keep you lounging around for hours by the fire. We love the wine and cheese evening offer, but we typically had to ask for a fresh bottle if we arrived towards the end of the event, finding the bottles empty(kind of uncomfortable). Most of the desk staff was friendly and knowledgable. There was one young lady in the afternoon that was very short and annoyed with questions. But Patrick the valet was truly an asset to ths hotel and our trip. He knows the coast like no one on site. He gave perfect directons, amazingly accurate restaurant reviews , and overall partnered with us to insure we were always on the best path. I am a loyal customer of this gorgeous get away.
