My husband had flowers delivered to the hotel for our Anniversary but they put the flowers in a room for which I had cancelled a reservation. They did not bother to move the flowers or let me know that flowers had arrived for me. When my husband called and asked them to reimburse the cost, Deborah, the manager hid behind her two star rating, saying they weren't a service hotel and would not reimburse the flowers for which they had signed. When a hotel can't own up to its own mistakes, they don't deserve my or anyone else's business.
