Bad Service & Staff!
I went to vacation so that I don't have to wake up early in the morning but the staff there decided that customer's sleep is not important and start hammering the safe in the next room waking me up at 7am in the morning! I called the front desk, they said, that's the first complain they have heard but didn't offer a solution. I insisted someone come up here and stop whatever is happening, either a customer or a staff, stop them immediately. I get a call back in 5 minutes saying they sent someone to the room and again repeated to me that it's the first complain they have received but did not offer an apology. When it finally stopped, I can no longer go back to sleep. Now upset and tired, I decided to call the front desk as I am very dissatisfy about the service I've received. When I start to complain, the front desk manager keeps speaking over me and wants to hang up the phone. She did not know how to handle my call and ended up making the customer more upset.
