| Brilliant service |
| The rooms were beautiful and spacious, serviced twice daily. The service in the hotel was brilliant nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is situated across from the Beverly Centre which is perfect for shopping and the Hard Rock Cafe. During our stay in August 2005 the front of the hotel was being refurbished but we were not disturbed by this, there is a little road noise at the front of the hotel but nothing of note. The access to the pool was a little unusual (through the hotel corridor, across the sun terrace, especially when the children forgot their key and had to come back through reception wearing towels!). You are within easy reach of some of the local sites and the local bus service was great value from the end of the road. Breakfast was good and the service quick, we were on vouchers (already paid for by someone else) and so had the same breakfast everyday. Got a bit boring after 4 days though! The only thing they couldn't help me with was one of the lenses fell out of my glasses and they didn't have a screwdriver small enough but did suggest the 24 hour drug store at the next corner. |
