| Terrible experience |
| This hotel made me want to go home after only 1 night. The outside was beautiful but the inside left quite a bit to be desired. I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and received the worst service possible. The sheets were dirty, the employees were not helpful or friendly, and their organization is lacking. As I was checking out and paying I realized that an item was not on the bill, I asked about this and was told that I had been charged, after examining the bill I realized that I had not been charged, I could not honestly not pay and so went back to inform them of the mistake. Instead of voiding the first transaction I was charged twice. After telling them about what had happened I was rudely informed that the other amount would be removed. No apology, no friendliness, and absolutely not worth the price. I would not stay in this hotel again if someone payed me! Do yourself a favor and take pictures from outside of the building, because once you walk through the doors all the glitter disappears. |
