Bevonshire Lodge Motel Hotel Los Angeles

I was a little afraid after reading the earlier review. I tried it for the price and was quite happy. The staff was friendly, and I think they must have done some updates to their room as it was clean. My wife was happy and it was fair.

We booked this hotel with the intent that it is close to the price is right a.k.a. CBS studios. The non-smoking room was litered with cigarette butts. When made apparent to the hotel staff, we were then blamed and told to leave, without a refund. In my shock and surprise of the moment, I franticly packed my bags, trying to make my point that I'm a non-smoker and always have been! With the hotel staff screaming and threating me, I exited asap. I was in such a state of shock and disbelief that I had been treated so rudely, for nothing that had to do with myself. Myself being a business owner that specializes in customer service and cleanliness, I had never seen anything like it! I was truely shocked at the fact that this business could not take responsibility for its own actions and to remedy the problem, whatever it may have taken! What a unhappy, unsatisfied experience this was! No positive review here!
