| Customer service & cleanliness...FAILED! |

We booked this hotel with the intent that it is close to the price is right a.k.a. CBS studios. The non-smoking room was litered with cigarette butts. When made apparent to the hotel staff, we were then blamed and told to leave, without a refund.
In my shock and surprise of the moment, I franticly packed my bags, trying to make my point that I'm a non-smoker and always have been! With the hotel staff screaming and threating me, I exited asap. I was in such a state of shock and disbelief that I had been treated so rudely, for nothing that had to do with myself.
Myself being a business owner that specializes in customer service and cleanliness, I had never seen anything like it! I was truely shocked at the fact that this business could not take responsibility for its own actions and to remedy the problem, whatever it may have taken! What a unhappy, unsatisfied experience this was! No positive review here! |
