How is place a four star hotel?

Are they even rated in AAA or any place else? My stay was awful. The staff was rude and the managers are non existant. Even if you get a manager they don't help out whatsover. The hotel restaurant is pitiful, it was the most disgusting food I have ever had. My 3 year old daughter could cook better than them, plus the food was shamelessly over priced. How can you expect someone to order a plate of over cooked pasta with a gallon of oil on it for $12+ dollars! I would say this place in all is a disgrace and should be condemed. Do not stay here, ever!

Inexcusable staff behaviour

After jumping through hoops to get a non-smoking room which didn't stink of smoke, I came back to the room to find that someone (most likely staff) entered my room unauthorized, smoked cigarettes in there and consumed $15 in the mini bar. Weekend manager refused to acknowledge a problem and all promises to make things right were not fulfilled. I didn't even have my phone calls returned by the general manager. Seems like this kind of thing happens there often. After staying at that hotel for years with great experiences, this was most disappointing.
