The service was very bad. There was hair in my bath tube and in my bed. The sheets looked like they had not been washed in years. There was stains all over them. The room service sucked. I order a bottle of wine and did not receive it until the next day. My phone would not even work, so I could not call for my room service or to complain. I walked down to the desk but, nobody was there. I was very disappointed with my stay. No Thank-You for your time!!!! Betty Ross
