This property requires guests to sign a contract to charge your credit but they charge it anyway whether they have the form or not. We were uncomfortable with this form which gives them the "right" to charge your credit card in which the blanks are blank! At the time of booking the hotel did not list a dog friendly policy - I am highly allergic to dogs and did not wish to stay in a place where I could encounter dog dander and possibly have a breakout while on vacation. We canceled our reservation more than 30 days out for these reasons and the Inn still charged a $75 cancellation fee - this place is a joke and I wish I would have read the other reviews before booking. Originally, they tried to charge me the full night stay of $145 to cancel in which case I had to research and explain to them their cancellation policy. I will share my story with as many websites as possible and hopefully no one else will have to experience the frustration that we did with this property. They were unprofessional and unkind while working with them.
