Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel and definitely NOT worth the money. This hotel does not live up to Embassy's reputation and standards. From the dimly lit rooms, cheap linens, and poor maid service, to the lack of adequate elevator service, I was hugely disappointed. Waiting 20-30 minutes just for a elevator was the average. Most of the hotel staff were uninformed young foreign college students who barely spoke English, were disorganized and very inefficient. A VERY tedious experience. Pass this one by until they get their act together and can live up to Embassy Suite's normal class of service.
