    No air
Stayed at the 3 Peaks Resort previously, same comments about the air as a previous responder. But we had no screen on the window for the continous cool breezes, it was leave your front door open all night or suffer through the heat and humidity, we departed early and cut short our stay at Lake Tahoe.

    Nice room
The room itself was very pleasant and the Resort is nicely located close to the Lake and the Casinos. Unfortunately we had the room towards the side of the street, right where it made a bend to the right. Since it is nice and quiet closer to the Lake, you could really hear those nice speeders rushing through the curve. If I stay there again, I would ask for a room in a different section.

    Hot and Musty
My visit was like the stay in hell, It was hot and musty. There was no air conditioning and the screens were torn so when you open the windows bugs came in. I went to the desk clerk requesting a fan but that was to no avail. The desk clerk was extreamly rude in stating that this was a mountain resort with continous cool breezes and thay didn't need air. Well appearently they don't need my business either.

    Allergic to room
I had a severe allergic reaction to my room due to the fact that animals are allowed. The Manager was no help. In fact she was the most rude, condescending person I encountered in the SLT area. I had to move out of the motel. Then I experienced considerable relief of the allergic symptoms. Unbelievable negative experience.
