Bad service and lying hotel manager

Rude staff, no service, and our laundry got stolen. Hotel manager promised to deduct the damage from the bill but when we checked out he wasn't in and left a message to give us a $ 15,- discount instead of the $ 200,- we agreed on. Never again.
