Though we arrived early to a nearly empty motel, we were placed in a room directly over one under active construction.

The traffic noise was excessive, entering the room through a large gap beneath the door. There weren't sufficient towels in the room, the sink faucet handle fell off in your hand, and the continental breakfast was very limited and on a first-come basis, with those arriving mid-way having few choices. The motel staff was extremely unresponsive.

The best that can be said is that the room was clean and convenient to our destination. However, we will never stay there again.
