Good Hotel, but dirty public areas at times

I go to Fresno every year for the mariachi conference at the convention centre. Each time the Radisson keeps my room sparkling, but the lobby and elevators are always filthy. They let bottles pile up in the elevators, beer is spilled everywhere and not cleaned up. I realize it is the patrons who do this, but you do have staff? Also, during a huge convention when there are so many using the elevators, why are they not always working? And why decide then to work on the tiles around the elevators while patrons try in vain to get on and off the remaining working elevators? I will always stay at this hotel even with these inconveniences, but I hope to get a room that is lower down so I don't have to depend on the elevators.
