It was very cute little hotel which had a outdoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi with nice view, and indoor pool. We arrived there on Saturday night and used indoor pool. We wanted to use outdoor stuff but they're not warm enough to use. Manager told us she turned the tempure control on for the Jacuzzi but it had never been tempure up. Next morning, we tried to use outdoor Jacuzzi again, it was freezing cold water again. This time, indoor pool was cold too. When we checked out the hotel, we told the manager how we were disappointed about pool and Jacuzzi. She started to excuse using the weather. Yes, it was raining middle of the night, very early Sunday morning, but it was nice weather on Saturday. How was it impossible to use Jacuzzi on Saturday under the nice weather?? It doesn't make sense. The she said. "you guys used indoor pool yesterday. Isn't it enough?!" We said, "we paid extra money for pool and Jacuzzi and we have the rights to use all amenities in this hotel" Then she said, "we are not like Marriot. It's slow weekend, so we don't heat all water up for just a few guests." Here is her honest answer. She wanted to save utility bills. The weather was just excuse. If we would stay at hotel just for sleep, we would go to Motel 6 and pay just under $50. This hotel charge $100 more than that, and you get same service with Motel 6.
