No respect, no care, no class!

Wife's Burberry dress essentially STOLEN! Wife left dress in the closet, but I called hotel less than 20 minutes after leaving. Was told housekeeping would be back in the morning. Despite tens of calls the following day and thereafter, dress not recovered. Was told a report would be made, but no follow up from hotel. Called 3 months later and was told no report made, but one would be made then. 3 months later, called hotel again because of no follow up. Insurance denied reimbursement.

No respect, no care, no class! I never received an apology, was never reimbursed or comped and my wife misses her anniversary gift. We will never use Doubletree again.
