I stayed few days at the Westin South Coast Plaza while attending a conference in 2003. The hotel proved to be an excellent conference venue. Everything was well organized and the catering was excellent. The rooms were very specious, well furnished and very clean. A major bonus is the proximity of the hotel to the South Coast Plaza Shopping Mall which is a paradise for shoppers.

Top Local Tips for Costa Mesa

Parking option If you are just staying for a couple of nights and you hate getting hit for parking, you can park across the bridge at the shopping center. They don't really allow overnight parking and will tag your car with "warnings" but you are good for at least 2 nights.
