Hotel was fine but not happy with hotels.com

Hotel was fine. Especially the room service food. Only problem was that when we arrived, there was no record of our having booked and paid via Hotels.com. And so we had to pay again, and of course our credit card had two debits for the same night and I had to fax a request with a copy of my credit card statement to hotels.com to get it reversed and so next time I will use price line. The least hotels.com could have done was reverse the charge without putting me to all that trouble.
