The manager needs to go on a hospitality course

I stayed in the residence in this year. Firstly the manager needs to go on a hospitality course. The other staff at the front desk with the exception of Natasha and Josh are not helpful, they know themselves. If you are not satisfied with something in the Hotel, and you lodge a complaint you become the worse person to them including the Manager. These people will send any guest away and never to return, you expect these people to be kind and generous. They do it with a force, because that's their job.
