Here's a letter i sent to the hotel management, enough said... To Whom It May Concern, Good Afternoon. Throughout the passed year I have stayed with the Bakersfield Red lion on numerous occasions, being that I do much of my business in the area. I do a lot of traveling and have been to a lot of places and have seen and encountered people on many different personalities. Included in these encounters is an unpleasant one that I feel should bebrought to your attention immediately, for the sake of your reputation and economic future.
On Wednesday, November 23, I dined in your restaurant and had quite an unpleasant experience. When we first arrived, my wife and I were served by a young man whose name I don't recall, simply that he was a rather tall, husky fellow whom was extremely professional.
