Forget 911 use the front desk!

Over the phone I was told there was a king size bed available (I called from around the corner), when I arrived (two minutes later) I was told they did not have it anymore, detail; there were 2 cars in the lot and one of them was mine. Ok, got a queen size bed instead. The lock, the A/C and the TV did not work. Then I got another room, FILTHY. On the third, charm? not really, everything seemed to function fine, until I needed to call make a local call, the phone wasn't connected, which I had to repeatly call the front desk and finally when she answered, I was going to have to deposit $10.00 to get a dial tone and I asked; what if I need to call 911? she replied rudely: "You call the front desk and I will call 911!". It took over 5 minutes for her to answer the front desk; If there was an emergency I knew I'd be helpless. Night came and I went to the AM/PM grabbed some refreshments and back to the hotel... MY KEY WOULDN't WORK. The night person was (her husband) much more polite as he promptly replaced the key but at that point it was just IT. I left.
