Good to terrible! The senery is wonderful in Arroyo Grande. Lopez lake is wonderful. This hotel was not good.

Grover Beach and Pismo Beach Pismo Beach State Park is near this hotel (take Oak Park Ave across the freeway, turn right onto Grand and take it all the way to the beach lot. You can drive your vehicle onto the sand for a fee, or use the free day parking lot to access Pismo Beach (you can walk all the way to Pismo Beach if you have time). There is a cute 9 hole executive golf course in the state park. For dining, AJ Spurs across the freeway for oak pit smoked meats or for Italian, Giuseppe's in Pismo Beach. Don't bother with Splash Cafe in Pismo Beach despite the promos, it serves gloppy clam chowder (not from local clams) and the service is counter style and disorganized.
