Wonderful Family Hotel

We stayed at this hotel on a trip to Disneyland. We are familiar with Embassy Suites, but were pleasantly surprised with how friendly and extremely helpful the staff was, especially with our 5 children. The kitchen staff greeted us with a smile each morning at the complimentary breakfast and the shuttle staff went out of their way to help us and answer our questions.

Top Local Tips for Anaheim

Not near Disneyland The hotel has a shuttle to Disneyland but you need to make reservations. We luckly got our tickets at AAA which has free parking at Disneyland (parking is $11 as of 4/07) It's an easy drive so my recommendation is get your tickets at AAA for the free parking and take the car.

distance It's further from LAX than I thought, make sure plenty of fluids for young children

Use SNA instead of LAX for Disneyland We have always flowin into LAX for DIsneyland trips but last trip we used SNA/John Wayne/Orange County and found it a much more pleasant experience. It is 15 miles or so from Disneyland and I believe there are shuttle buses to the resort. We took a taxi to an offiste hotel for about $40 one way. I wish we would have known about this airport sooner.
