This is the cheapest hotel we stayed in for our month in the States. You get what you pay for. We got very little. But then we were at Disneyland all day, and only came back here to sleep. Don't expect much from this place, and you'll be pleasantly under whelmed.

It's a very old motel that needs to have some repair and upkeep/updating work done. We had to change rooms 3 times just to get one that had windows that would lock, doors that would shut and a working a/c unit. Especially when you compare this motel to the ones around, a rating of 3 is generous.

There was absolutely nothing fancy about this hotel but it was clean and quiet. It's best attribute was that it was within walking distance to the park gates. The staff were friendly and helpful but don't let the night staff organize travel to/from the airport for you - the "taxi services" they deal with are not reliable. All in all, I'd have no problems staying here again.

Very disappointing

We were told on the site we booked that this was a quality hotel. We were extremely disappointed. If we had not already paid for the room in advance, we would have driven away. The facilities were very old and run-down. It was extremely noisy. We were frequently awakened by our neighbors. Would not recommend this to anyone. We attempted to receive some compensation for our disappointment but were unsuccessful.

The most disgusting Hotel ever.

As soon as we walked in we noticed that the hotel was not a TWO STAR hotel. That thing was worse than any motel 6 that I have seen. The room was so revolting that we checked out immediately. I called your service and Your agents said they would not charge us!( Which you did and as soon as I get a chance I will Contact the BBB). We decided to stay at the Marriott Fair field in which ended up costing us like $300. I would never use your services again and I would NEVER recommend your services to anybody.
I was charged initially for two days and all I did was open the door and leave. After arguing with your agents I was refunded for one day.

Dine-out Dine-outside the disney area, 3-4 miles down the road you find the same resturant with lower prices...drive around when eating out

Eat at the Park...If You Have To We found that the best deals were at the restaurants off the park - Coco's, IHOP...even a short drive to In-N-Out or McDonald's sure beat the prices inside the park.

Stay at The Howard Johnson!! I recommend staying at The Howard Johnson! They have the BEST customer service, they found us a room even though they didn't have any available. They put us in a VIP room just to accommodate us. The prices were reasonable and the room was very clean, updated and nice! The ppol was sooooo nice heated, and had a children's pool and water play area!
