Fast And Easy Reservations

Found this motel online while traveling from VA to TX. Reservations were fast and easy with good directions. Room was OK, and breakfast was also good. Was out of the way from I-40, but nice to have a suite with three kids along.

Nicest Part Was The Breakfast

We were told that we had a nonsmoking room, but you could smell the smoke all through the room. The toilet was dirty and had nasty stuff on the seat. My husband had to clean it. The shower also had mildew around the sides. The hallways were filthy and looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks. The nicest part of our stay was the breakfast. It was good and well attended by the staff.

Seven years of hotel experience while consulting found Marriott and Hilton having the best trained staff and best accommodations. My worst stay was at Amerisuites Financial Center, Little Rock. The dining room had filthy tables, floors, and serving area. Milk and orange juice were spoiled on two days. Most sad was the unprofessional, untrained staff.
