I was satisfied with the service, area and room itself but we actually got pulled over by LRPD for looking
"suspicious" because there is notorious drug activity at that hotel. All we were trying to do was go to walmart!

Top Local Tips for Little Rock

Plan ahead If you plan to go to LR, the best thing I can say is plan ahead. Don't try to find a place to lodge or eat at the last minute. It can get crazy if you do. And do your homework on sites like this before you stay in any hotel/motel. Have plenty of money with you, because these people really seem to think that they're the best, and they charge for it. Just because it's south doesn't mean it's cheaper. Know where you're going and avoid the rush hour traffic. It's ideal if you have a GPS. McCain Blvd has some selection of shopping, but don't look for lodging there. I recommend going to Jacksonville just North of LR for lodging. It seems to be a little nicer, and everything was central, right off of the main drag.
