My husband and my daughter spent the night in this hotel on their way back from NY state. This was the first time in Hot Springs. We booked the room ahead of time and looking at the internet, thought it would be a nice hotel. It was a nightmare. The hotel smelled bad, customer service unfriendly and uncaring. Worse than that, my daughter woke up with bedbug bites. When my husband told the front desk, they didn't care at all. They said it was the worst experience they have ever had in any hotel. Do not stay here!!

Don't Stay at THIS PLACE

If you are going to Hot Spring and want a nice place to stay do not stay at this place. The room was nasty, BLACK MOLD growing in the shower. Metal hanging from the side of the beds, that my wife cut her foot on. Not safe for kids! The place smells like a nasty old ash tray. The pool was dirty and the pool area looked like and ash tray due to all the CIGARETTE BUTTS laying around. The elevators did not work the entire time that we stayed there, so we walked up and down the stairs. The vending machine either did not work or they ripped us off. It was like staying at a CRACK HOUSE without the CRACK, well I guess unless you count the cracks in the bathroom ceiling.
