My husband and I stayed in a cottage on the lake. Bunevista was the most beautiful place. The cottage was clean and right on the water. We sat in our cottage and looked out at the veiw of the lake by night thru a big picture window. I will go again to stay.

The view was just beautiful. We stayed at the Stoneridge condos. We go into the condo the rails had just been painting with no warning. We had a hard time getting into the door b/c of the building shifting. Once in the door there was water damage on the ceiling cobwebs on the ceiling. The carpet was stained every where. The outside patio had not been cleaned. The vent a hood in kitchen was nasty. We decided to go take a nap. Pull back the comforter and there was hair all in the bedsheets. So I had my girls go check there beds.Dirt in there bedsheets. I called and someone did come to take care of that. In the master bathroom the tub was cracked. The toilet rocked when you set on it. Nothing had been dusted. Mini blinds where nasty. In the bathroom the medicine cabinets was really dusty. So when I checked out I told them all of this. There response was we do deep cleaning 2 times a year. Hello. It takes 2 seconds to wipe out window seals. Not 5 hours. In the bathroom the water splash was nasty. It took me 2 minutes to wipe the dust off. I was very unhappy with the fact that they did not offer any money back. The could have cared less. I would expect this from a 70.00 hotel not a 215.00 a night condo. I would not recommend this place or that rental company to anyone. I have come home and told everyone that is planning a trip to Hot springs to not use that rental company . I enjoy staying in nicer places that feel like home. I have stayed in condos all over and this one by far is the worst. Hope this helps. Oh the floors were all cracked. I could go on and on.
