Horrible Staff and Rooms

When we got there the door wouldn’t shut properly, the refrigerator was on defrost and no one let us know that, so we had to wait an extra hour for our drinks to get cold. The bed was broken and held up on 2 by 4's. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine that you couldn’t even breathe. The staff was rude and only gave us two extra towels when we asked (We had 6 people!) Everything in the hotel was run down and didn't look anything like the pictures!! It was horrible. I don't recommend anyone staying there!!!
